Spiral Tube Former

We have a machine with unique capabilities which allow the manufacturing of any diameter spiral duct. We can process any material from 26 g to 18 g in GI, 22g to 16 g in Aluminium & 26 g to 22 g SS.

Expander (Oval machine)

We have a machine to convert Spiral tube to desired oval size & this again is a fully hydraulic machine with multiple hydraulic cylinder to ensure uniform formation throughout the length of the duct.

Plasma cutting table

We have a plasma cutting table with capabilities to cut all type of metals from 26 g to 16 g. This is an imported machine from USA & offers very high accuracy. 

Auto Coil Line

We have an imported coil line to process all metals from 26 g to 18 g. This machine is suitable to make L shapes, fully boxed sections, U shaped pieces & open box cut sheets. 

Set of Lockformers

We have any different lockformes to process the edges of the duct pieces to get the edges suitable formed to join the ducts. These are Large Pittsburgh, Small Pittsburgh, Snap Lock, Ecme Lock & drive cleat former machines. 

Press Breaks & Power Press

We have few press breaks & power press machines with capacity to process all metals from 26 g to 16 g. 

Toolroom

We have a fully operational toll room with lathe machine, milling machine & radial drill to develop our own dies, tooling & lockformers.
